FIRST Day at Trinity!!

Today was Andrew's first day at his preschool that he's been attending for the past two years.  Andrew couldn't WAIT for this day as Nathan had been going to school in the mornings for almost three weeks now.  Finally it was Andrew's turn too for school in the mornings!!

Once we got to school, lots of parents were walking their kiddos into their classrooms.  I was in the drop-off line and asked Andrew if he wanted me to walk him in.  Andrew's response, "No - I got this Mom."  And, off he went.

I am glad he is so comfortable at school and eager to be independent, but at the same time I am a bit sad at how quickly he is growing up and not needing my support in social situations.  It also made me remember that this is Andrew's last year of preschool and next year he will be in kindergarten - YIKES!!
