Boys' Dentist Appointments

This afternoon we headed to the boys' six month dental check-up.  Gigi tagged along to help out since I had both boys scheduled at the same time - thank goodness for a second set of hands.  I am always anxious for these visits because I have no idea how Nathan will do.  Today, both boys did fantastic!!  Andrew actually loves getting his teeth cleaned and Nathan opened right on up without any hesitation :)  After their cleaning and fluoride, we headed to get x-rays.  Nathan sat through 2 of the 4 panels and then was finished - I didn't blame him.  It was quite a bit of a wait and he already did such a great job.  We left the office all happy campers with great reports.  I was even told not to worry about flossing Nathan's teeth!! (This is because he has spacing between all of his teeth which I have been told is a good sign - lots of room for his permanent teeth - we'll take it!!)

Trinity Spring Social

This evening Andrew and I headed up to Trinity for lots of fun festivities.  We ran from station to station to make sure we made it to everything before the much anticipated Babaloo Concert!!  WOW is all I have to say - talk about energy and LOUD!!

Cardinals Game with Variety Club

Today our family headed to the Cards game compliments of the Variety Club in the Peabody Suite.  It was an absolute blast and perfect venue for little kiddos - room for Nathan to walk all around, unending food buffet, drinks and a visit from the dessert cart to pick out whatever you wanted :)  We were overwhelmed by the hospitality and were able to meet lots of Variety families.  Too bad we weren't able to bring home a winner!!

Guest Reader

This morning I read to Andrew's preschool class.  Andrew picked out one of his favorite books - all about different vehicles.  It gives clues about the individual vehicles as well as plays the sound that the vehicle makes.  Most of the kids were able to guess by the clues, but a couple needed to hear the sound :)  Andrew was so excited to open the garage doors to reveal if his class was right or not!!
