Friends

Tonight we joined some of our friends for dinner :)  All of our boys went to preschool together and will be in Kindergarten in the Fall at Christ Prince of Peace.  We all had a great time and look forward to all the memories to come!!

Safety Town Graduation

This was Andrew's second year participating in Safety Town with the Chesterfield Police.  It was held at Parkway ECC which has become our home away from home lately :)  This program is just exceptional - the children learn ALL forms of safety and walk away knowing A LOT!!  Andrew just LOVES discussing emergency situations and how to be safe and takes it very seriously.  It's great that he's so on top of everything and keeps Steve & I in line - ha!!

Happy Father's Day!!

Happy Father's Day to the very best Daddy, Pa Pa and Pops and to ALL of the other fathers out there!!  We are so blessed to have you to look up to and love you more than anything!!

BIG BOY BED!!

Nathan is now sleeping in a BIG BOY BED!!  Everyone is so excited and Nathan loves having some more independence :)  It was a work in progress, but I think we have it situated just right for our big boy...

All made.  We originally had the mattress really low to the ground, but that wasn't helping our backs when having to help lift Nathan.

Final product.  Mattress a little higher than normal, but a perfect height for Mom & Dad :)

Extended School Year & Jump Start to Kindergarten

Nathan starts summer school (ESY) today at Ladue ECC.  He will be with a new teacher of the deaf for the summer along with some new therapists :)  We are excited for him to keep up the hard work and progress from the school year.  It's more laid back as far as therapy goes, but he will still work on many of his IEP goals.

While Nathan is at Ladue ECC, Andrew will be at Mason Ridge Elementary school for Jump Start to Kindergarten.  This is a fabulous three week class through Parkway for all children starting Kindergarten in the Fall.  Andrew's really looking forward to going to a NEW school :)

These next three weeks will be a lot of driving around for me, but well worth it for the boys.  I am so glad that they are able to have such great experiences!!

This morning we headed to Vlasis Park for the second day of Ballwin Days.  A little mud and wet grounds didn't stop us!!

Cardinals Game

After hippo therapy this morning, we headed down to Busch Stadium for the Cardinals game!!  We lucked out with these tickets because it was make-up game from the rain out the night before.  It was a perfect fun-filled Saturday :)
