Rainbow Recreation

This morning we met up with our friends Ellie, Cole and Kate for some open play at Rainbow Recreation. The showroom has a ton of play yards set-up, a little basketball court, trampolines and play houses for the kids to play. I think all of the kids were in heaven running around from one play yard to the next :)

This is how we found Nathan the other afternoon when he woke up from his nap. His hair has always stuck up, but this is priceless!!

Pancakes!!

Andrew's first choice EVERY single day is pancakes for breakfast. We usually make a batch at least once a week. Andrew loves to help and is getting pretty good at knowing when it's time to flip them over :)

What a Day!!

We had a very busy, but fun Saturday!! We started off by attending "On the Go" hosted by Parkway's Early Childhood Development Center. They had EVERY kind of vehicle you can imagine and Andrew was in heaven. There was actually so much going on that he really didn't know what to do. Besides all of the parked vehicles that we climbed on, the boys got to take their very first ride on a school bus, see a Police Helicopter fly over head & land and then to top it all off, see Fred Bird!!

After naps this afternoon, we headed over to our good friend Ellie's house to help celebrate her third birthday. What a party!?!? They had a petting zoo with ALL kinds of animals - I couldn't even name all of them at first. Andrew couldn't believe the backyard full of all of them - there was a pony, donkey, goat, sheep, rooster, duck, bunny, calf and even a llama!! All of the kids LOVED the animals and especially the pony rides. Ellie, we had a such a great time and hope you had a wonderful birthday - thanks for such a fun evening!!

Opening Day

We were all geared up for Opening Day to cheer on the Cardinals. We are so excited that the baseball season is here and can't wait to take Nathan to his first game!!

Henry's 1st Birthday Party

The boys had a great time celebrating their cousin Henry's first birthday. They love playing with all of their cousins and spending so much time outside!!

Happy Easter!!

This was our first holiday celebrating as a complete family after splitting up for Thanksgiving and Christmas keeping Nathan protected during cold and flu season. Nathan was excited to be a part of all of the festivities!! We started the day with Easter mass, headed over to PaPa and Gigi's for lunch and ended the day with dinner at Grandma and Pops'. The boys had a great time digging through their baskets and hunting for Easter eggs.

Tonight we had dinner over at PaPa and Gigi's and dyed Easter Eggs!! Andrew loved all of the colors and Nathan slept right through everything :)
